What is SwiftCart?
SwiftCart is a nationwide consumer marketplace. Customers use one SwiftCart app to find nearby shops; independent licensed delivery companies fulfil the orders with their own riders and payment accounts.
Can I use SwiftCart today?
The product is built and in pre-launch. Coverage will grow as licensed delivery companies join, so the best way to stay informed is to join the waitlist.
What do vendors pay SwiftCart?
Nothing. Vendors keep the full subtotal of what they sell. A delivery company may agree separate terms with its vendors, but SwiftCart does not charge vendor subscriptions or platform commission.
How does a delivery company make money?
The company keeps 100% of the commission it sets on deliveries. It pays SwiftCart a separate fixed monthly or yearly software subscription—never a percentage of order revenue.
Who handles payments and delivery?
The fulfilling licensed delivery company handles customer payments through its own Paystack account, dispatches its riders, and settles vendor and rider balances. SwiftCart supplies the consumer brand and software platform.
